Key Responsibilities


1. Take lead to perform daily failure analysis for defects detected by QC or production line, initiate effective containment and corrective ****s according to 4M Complete and closeout 8D / CAR timely.
2. Take lead to improve Line fall- out top 5 by process or product as continuous improvement programs weekly / monthly.
3. Support CQE for customer complaint/ warranty handling activity, and finalize them per 8D problem solving methodology. 4. Participate in PFMEA for common process / existing product together with QE.
5. Participate in NPD level control plan/PFMEA review meetings upon request of AQE.
6. Take lead for finished goods / line WIP MRB.
7. Participate in Incoming Material MRB meeting. 8. Lead and Participate GK and continual Improvement projects.

Person Specifications



1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, electrical or material engineering.
2. Required skill(s): 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or process engineering.
3. Must be a self-starter who performs well under limited guidance; can manage multiple projects, detail-oriented.
4. Good knowledge/experience in PFMEA, GR&R, SPC, etc..
5. Good on- hand skill and knowledge on failure analysis and troubleshooting.
6. Know – how about 5S and 4M.
7. Good spoken, and written English knowledge.
8. Good team p**** with leadership skills, good communication.
9. Prior experience in power tools and motor manufacturing would be an added advantage.
10. Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
